This morning started super early in order to catch NS 214 with a colorful consist including a BNSF SD60M (BN) and BNSF C44-9W (H1). I made it trackside with not ten minutes to spare before he rolled through town. A short while later NS 211 showed up with a UP AC44CCTE 6028. NS 23M was the next train by but it was still too dark for still photography. NS 212 was the first shootable train.

Not far behind 212 was empty trash train NS 64J. He had the clear signal at 832E and no sonner did I turn around then he was on top of me. The "wrong way" sign marks the one way road along the tracks. This is such a pain because it's about a ten minute loop to get back to the beginning of the one way. This makes it sort of hard to move around and shoot the various curves the railroad makes.

It was a bit of a wait before 24V finished his work in Bethlehem and 18G had gotten recrewed at CP-Burn on the Reading Line. They were seperated by about 45 minutes and westbound 11J.

The last two trains of the day were westbound 21M and 19G. Unfortunately it was still pretty early in the morning or else these would have been much nicer photos. I look forward to getting back here in the afternoon and shooting westbounds in sweet light.
