Welcome to the Pictures page. I will periodically (randomly) update the photo below with something that I like. Below this is "The Photographer's Right" - a publication by Bert P. Krages II on what a photographer can and cannot legally do. In this day and age of terrorism and police/security officials harrassing railfans, I find it important that people know what their rights are.
